Wine Valley Social Club – Cancellation and Refund Policy

Membership Cancellation and Refund: All membership and refund requests must be received by Wine Valley Social Club (WVSC) in one of the following written formats:

• Via our website link which will provide instructions for cancellation
• In writing mailed to Wine Valley Social Club P.O. Box 3771 Napa, CA 94558. 

On month-to-month memberships we require a notice of 10 business days prior to your billing date in order to avoid charges for the upcoming month.  On 3, 6, or 12 month package memberships, you will be refunded the amount of the FULL months remaining of your membership plan (there is no refund on partial months).

There are no refunds on event fees and all sales of event vouchers are final.
